Overview

Farmgold is a soil amendment comprised of humus, compost, and bio-char. Farmgold integrates several indigenous and natural farming practices through culturally prepared Imus and deep litter systems. It is a plant and soil-ready beneficial microorganism system that is organic.

How It's Made

All six Aloha Organic solutions are used on recycled grains and fed to organic pigs. The fermented grain creates a double-digested manure representative of healthy biomes. The manure is mixed with leaf and log chips to create a deep living litter, topsoil creation system ready to harvest after five years of cultivation. We then move the pigs, and their previous pen is mined and mixed with biochar, stone phosphorous, sea minerals, and crushed coral calcium, all made in the Hawaiian agriculture practices called Imu. Over time these ingredients synergize, ferment, and grow together to become gold for your ground and food for mother earth.

Usage

Farm Gold can be used as a top dressing to your soil, added to a height of 1”–2”. As a mixture with your current soils, use a ratio of 1:10 up to 1:3. Or use it to brew tea at a rate of 1:20.
